Legislative Update and Town Hall on School Property Tax Elimination
Co-hosted by Rep. Mike Jones with Sens. Kristin Phillips-Hill and Dawn Keefer

Saturday, March 28, from 10 a.m. to noon at Golden Connections Community Center, 20 Gotham Pl., Red Lion, PA 17356

Last April, I introduced House Bill 1649, which is a comprehensive plan to eliminate school property taxes in Pennsylvania. Since then, I’ve teamed up with Sen. Dawn Keefer (R-Cumberland/York) and former Rep. Frank Ryan of Lebanon County to spread the word and gather feedback about our legislation.

In this town hall, we will provide an update on House Bill 1649 and Senate Bill 962, which is Sen. Keefer’s School Property Tax Elimination Act. We continue to be fierce advocates, as well as educators about this critical issue. Bring your questions, and we answer them!

You can get an idea of how your taxes would change under our legislation by visiting www.noprop.tax/the-plan/estimate-taxes. You will need to know your annual income, property taxes paid annually and retirement income.

RSVP by calling 717-244-9232 or click here.
